Does anyone know the bare minimum cpu requirements for Folding@Home before it begins to affect gpu ppd? I'm not seeing any difference in performance between a 8-core cpu vs a 12 or 16 core. Looking to beat down the energy costs...I have already experimented with running the cpu's in ECO mode and I'm not seeing any losses which makes me think I could get away with much cheaper cpu alternatives.
